Blocking of residence entraces by buses.

Description : With the rerouting of buses via Church Landing Road, can the City Police also ensure that the buses do not stop wherever they like blocking the entry and exit of varios resideces located there? It took me 30 mnts to take my car out of the house today morning. The traffic warden posted on the road is totally ineffective and I would request the authorities to take some action in this regards.
